3-Minute .MP3 of 3 LIES

The link at Cents-ble eReads didn’t work for everyone, so I’ve uploaded the .mp3 file here.  I’m planning to record the entire book, as well as DARK POOL for an audio version.  Any comments on the sound quality?

    Hi Helen,
    My suggestion re: your audio (because you asked) P.S. for context and credibility of my comment, let me first state that I am a professional composer and sound designer for film and commercial work.
    The sound quality is fine, BUT, you need to take the music volume down during the reading so the words will be clearer and more dominant in the mix. Also there wasn’t anything I heard in what was read that would suggest that Asian music (much as I generally like it) fits in editorial context here. Also the reading itself seems a tad inconsistent, with little bursts of slightly rushed delivery.

      SO Sorry, MY Mistake, when I hit play on your mp3 some other file on another tab started playing in sync for some reason, so please ignore the part about the Asian music which will make NO sense to you;)
      So, I listened again (sans the non-existant anomalous music file;)…
      The pacing feels more consistent, but still sometimes a tad fast…and you’ll want to watch out for those sibilant S sounds. The voice is pretty clear though and sounds decent.
